Overview:
Loan Review Analyst (LRA)
Entry-level to experienced Loan Review Analyst position within a Pre-Purchase Review team. Primary tasks include document analysis and income calculation. LRAs are responsible for the pre-purchase review of Conventional, Non-Conforming, FHA, and VA loan files to ensure the file contains all required documentation, meets acceptable regulatory standards, and complies with established guidelines.
This is a Contract-to-Full Time employment position.

Key Skill Sets:
- High School Diploma Required
- Other Beneficial Experience
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to analyze Loan Credit packages and process necessary documents
- Familiarity with automated underwriting systems
- Understanding of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA and USDA guidelines / policies
- Knowledge of mortgage lending procedures (origination) and regulation (TRID)
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and high comfort with complex software
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem solving
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs
- Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and high production team environment
- Ability to interact and communicate with external clients
- Using inventory checklist to ensure loan files are complete and accurate
- Verifying accuracy of data between documents and systems
- Detail review of loan documentation and collateral files
- Validating work to avoid problems in subsequent steps
- Calculate mortgage ratios; loan to value, debt to income and housing expense
- Documenting errors identified relating to data entry and document indexing
- Achieving specific daily goals related to quality and productivity
- Proactively work in accordance with client imposed or internal timeline/deadline
- Hourly Range: $15 to $17
- Non-Exempt, OT Eligible
- Dallas-Fort Worth area
