Reverse Mortgage Specialist
Agility 360 is looking for Reverse Mortgage Specialist for a client’s growing team in the Dallas Fort-Worth area. Primary responsibilities will include gathering, reviewing and compiling reverse mortgage assignment packages. The Specialist will submit complete packages to HUD electronically through the Home Equity Reverse Mortgage Information Technology and gather all required documentation, organizes files and submits HUD for approval.
Requirements/Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (minimum High School Diploma)
- Mortgage processing or claims experience preferred
- Proven experience in a production based, goal-oriented office environment
- Understanding of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, & VA guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- High comfort level and understanding of advanced web-based systems
Job Duties
- Conducts research ensuring accurate and consistent records are maintained
- Escalates issues as needed based on established guidelines
- Communicates verbally as well as in writing to acknowledge, address, and resolve questions/concerns
- Partners with internal departments and third-party vendors to remediate document defects
- Remain compliant to service level agreements with internal and external business partners
Job Details
- 6+ month contract role
- Position is based in DFW area
- Non-Exempt, OT Eligible
- Hourly pay range between $14-$16 per hour
