Agility 360 is searching for experienced Closers/Funders for a 6-month contract position with our growing client. The ideal candidates will posses a strong background in preparing and coordinating the execution of all final loan documents for loan closings in a RETAIL environment. Must be familiar with regulatory compliance and strong aptitude for detail, accuracy, and organization.

- Audit files for completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance with underwriting, government, investor, and company guidelines
- Calculate fee tolerance cures and determine proper waiting periods
- Prepare CD and coordinate a closing date with processors
- Confirm that all conditions are met and signed off by appropriate parties before releasing loan documents
- Prepare loan documents and ensure the closing package is complete and fully compliant
- Review the completed closing package for accuracy
- Preparing and verifying final funding figures
- Prepare wire request for funding and provide settlement agent with funding authorization
- Post-closing duties may include confirming recording/disbursement, curing post-closing deficiencies, reconciling final settlement statement and preparing post-closing CD, if needed
Experience:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years of RETAIL residential closing and funding experience required
- Conventional and Government loan experience is required
- Must be well versed in TRID and RESPA LE/CD requirements
- Strong aptitude for detail, accuracy, and organization
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment

- 6-month contract with a growing lender
- Schedule: Hybrid (M-Th: in office, F: remote)

- Pay range: Based on experience
- Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screening
