Construction Assessment and Due Diligence 
 
Agility 360 is looking for a Construction Assessment Manager for a government loan and grant project within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in construction, environmental and regulatory compliance, risk management, and technical feasibility. Main responsibilities will include monitoring construction progress, assessing existing and/or planned operating capabilities, and reviewing operating assumptions inherent to an applicant’s project’s financial forecast model.

Responsibilities
  • Aid in monitoring construction phases
  • Assess and report on project’s compliance with relevant environmental standards and regulations
  • Evaluate project's production estimates and create a conservative lender’s care forecast for production volumes
  • Conduct site visits, as necessary, to assess project's design feasibility, construction progress, and compliance with project plans, specifications, and relevant regulations
  • Assist Technical Advisor, as needed
  • Provide support and answer specific questions as construction site SME
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, High School (diploma) or GED required
  • 3+ years of construction management experience required
  • 2+ years of regulatory compliance experience preferred
  • 1+ year of experience working in the energy sector
  • Extended construction site safety and protocol experience is a plus
  • Ability to work with a team 
Details
  • Contract project
  • Pay is based on experience
  • Applicant must be located in TX and willing to commute, in-state, several times per month
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
