Summary:
Agility 360 is looking a Post Closing Specialist (PCS) for a 6-9 month contract role for our client, a large non-bank servicer. The PCS Responsible for resolving complex final doc issues by reviewing and determining the best course of action to cure them. The Post Closing Specialist will make curative recommendations and assists clients with a variety of final doc defects to achieve clear marketable/insurable mortgage securities. Constant communication must be maintained with a number of parties involved in the curative resolution effort including but not limited to the closing/title /attorney office, immediate staff, etc. Generate  reports for overview of progress and completion of all tasks associated with the curative effort. Completion of all required reports and/or specifically assigned functions in an efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow up and procure final documents via title companies, county recording offices, etc….
  • Clear final document exceptions
  • Communicate with investors and document custodians daily
  • Provide daily updates to management
  • Great excel skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Fast paced worker
  • Ability to prioritize and follow up on all outstanding tasks
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage field

Requirements:

  • Understanding of title issues and ability to determine their impact on the closing process
  • Effective organizational, follow-up and time-management skills
  • Effective communicational, interpersonal, persuasive, negotiating and relationship-building abilities - Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred or Equivalent Work Experience


Key Skill Sets:

  • Intermediate knowledgeable in MS Office applications
  • Proficient knowledge in the use of office equipment i.e. Photocopy machine, Scanner, 10 Key, etc.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Real Estate Title and Real Estate Closing Processes
  • Knowledge of title reports and title/escrow terminology
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of title issues and ability to determine their impact on the closing process
  • Superb time management skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to multitask and adapt to varying work functions
  • Ability to set priorities, establish, and meet strict deadlines
  • Experience in a customer service oriented business environment


Pay Range:

-$16-$18 per hour
