Agility 360 is searching for experienced Banking Advisor for a 3-month contract role with our client in the Chandler AZ area. This position will be on-site in Chandler, AZ.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Banking Advisor, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the full banking lifecycle with a focus on treasury management and deposit solutions. You’ll embody our “sales, service, operations” philosophy by delivering expert advice, resolving client requests, and identifying opportunities to deepen relationships through tailored banking products—including loans, commercial, and personal accounts.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and leverage tools like the Preferred Banker support system to ensure client satisfaction. Through ongoing training, you’ll expand your banking expertise and unlock career growth opportunities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Proactively respond to client requests and engage in proactive client communication to execute the complete client life cycle and achieve client satisfaction. Identify and capitalize opportunities to promote Bank products through analysis of client patterns and needs. Be an expert banker regarding treasury management or deposit operations activities.
• Own the information flow and communication for technical and operational processes and requirements, risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer service. Foster good working relationships with leadership across the bank divisions and departments.
• Meet or exceed service level standards including customer service, turn-around time, cross-selling goals, risk management and regulatory compliance, audit soundness, productivity and efficiency. Support leadership business initiatives.
• Enhance knowledge and develop as a preferred banker by achieving and exceeding department metrics, completing training sessions, and demonstrating knowledge through customer and team interactions.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service, Branch Banking Operations, Lending and/or Deposit Sales or similar field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking, loans, treasury management and other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate sales and service experience in business deposits or treasury management products.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
