Operations Workflow Analyst - Carmel, IN

Agility 360 is searching for an Operations Workflow Analyst. The Operations Workflow Analyst will be tasked with a variety of duties and responsibilities as driven by work orders from internal departments and/or division partners. Position requires detailed knowledge of operation processes in a variety of risk management products. Analyst will demonstrate expert knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures to resolve work order requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while meeting and exceeding quality, quantity and service level standards. Work order requests will include execution of corrective actions, short-term service projects, and staffing supplement for peak volumes/holidays. The Operations Workflow Analyst will deliver excellent customer service for clients by maintaining consistently high standards and modeling a passion for service.

Responsibilities

  • (40%) Contributes to the plan of action and assists in its execution to completion. This includes proficiency in performing operation processes such as:
    • Corrective actions to address client servicing opportunities or risks related to the risk management products
    • Exception-based reviews of notices, certificates, premium, images, and client requests and processes
    • Interpret and accurately update insurance policies to loans
    • Handle incoming and outbound calls professionally
  • (20%) Collects, analyzes and synthesizes amounts of diverse information, typically dealing with strict deadlines.
  • (15%) Identifies project requirements by interviewing requestor and subject matter experts to ensure the Action Work Order plan is comprehensive and clearly identifies objectives, outcomes, and deadlines.
  • (10%) Makes recommendations for process or procedure changes and/or recommendation for recurrence prevention.
  • (5%) Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Education & Professional Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Critical Thinking Skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems. Adaptable to change and has the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Judgment and decision-making authority on daily work assignments. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to perform required work assignments. Maintains a positive approach to the resolution of issues and is considered trustworthy by both peers and the management team. Carefully evaluates an impact of own actions to Company, investors, employees, and self and confirms course of action with management team regarding high visibility or sensitive issues.
  • Customer Service Skills: Use of clear, concise and effective and strong oral communication; accurately composes written materials as required by the position. Handle confidential information in a responsible manner. Ability to convey thoughts in a focused and concrete manner.

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr (based on experience)
