Agility 360 is seeking a Application Configuration Analyst to play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise software solutions for our client. This position combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and client collaboration to ensure successful system implementations and ongoing application optimization. The analyst will lead configuration efforts, support complex client initiatives, and work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Configure and customize applications during implementation and provide ongoing configuration support to meet evolving client needs.
  • Create, maintain, and modify business rules governing data searches, workflows, functionality, and presentation using configuration and business rule expression tools.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application, data, and system issues to ensure optimal performance, data integrity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner closely with Account Management, Product Development, Database Administration, and System Engineering teams to drive issue resolution and system enhancements.
  • Leverage relational database knowledge to analyze, troubleshoot, and support application functionality and data integrations.
  • Develop and execute SQL queries to research application behavior, validate data accuracy, and support system changes.
  • Document technical configuration requirements and implementation procedures.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of application hosting environments, including associated hardware and network components as needed.
  • Lead application enhancement and change management projects, including project planning, risk identification, mitigation strategies, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance product performance and customer experience.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software implementation, application support, systems configuration, or a related technical role.
  • Previous experience leading projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, or serving in a technical leadership capacity.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS) and database concepts.
  • Hands-on experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with database querying, data migration, data validation, and integration processes.
  • Experience with application configuration, software customization, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to programming or scripting languages is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting real estate, property, mortgage, or related industry applications.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software implementation methodologies and change management practices.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension (extension not guaranteed).
  • Location: Open to fully remote candidates. Must be in Central Time Zone (CST).
  • Pay Rate: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour.
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Candidates must be flexible to support team and business needs.
  • Interview Process: Virtual interviews conducted via Microsoft Teams, consisting of 2-3 rounds.
