Customer Service Specialist - Carmel, IN
Agility 360 is searching for Customer Service Specialists, based out of Carmel, Indiana, for a contract to hire role with a growing client! The Customer Service Specialist will be tasked with a variety of duties and responsibilities such as updating database with insurance for various collateral, ensuring delivery of high quality and accurate customer service while maintaining solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. This position receives inbound calls and completes outbound calls or web inquiries to insurance companies to verify insurance.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming borrower, agent and lender calls at a professional level
- Accurately compose written information for loan histories
- Accurately verify, key and/or memo insurance information in relation to all Creditor Placed Insurance (CPI) product types and CPI cancels
- Ability to follow up and resolve customer problems or issues
- Mentor fellow co-workers as requested by supervisor
- Report any system and related issue
- Meet set goals and assigned workload expectations for productivity
- Meet and exceed Quality audits and metrics
- Ability to be coached and learn from previous errors and know what is needed to improve
- Meet monthly regarding scorecard metrics
- Distribute and exchange information with others
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills required

Qualifications / Skills
- High school diploma/GED
- 1 year of related experience preferred
- Data entry and keyboard knowledge required
- Call Center experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to read and apply commonsense understanding to simple instructions, short correspondence, oral/written instructions and memos
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
Details
- Contract to Perm Role with a Growing Company
- Location: Carmel, IN (on-site)
- Hourly Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17 (based on experience)
- Employment consideration is contingent on passing a background check
Shift
- Monday - Friday-Multiple Shifts Available (8-5, 9-6, 10-7, etc)
