Customer Service Specialist (ON SITE - Irving, TX)

Agility 360 is searching for experienced Customer Service Specialists for a 3 - 6 Month contract role with our client in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about customer service, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will be on-site so you must have access to reliable transportation. 

JOB SUMMARY

The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound calls from customers or third parties regarding all general servicing questions, as well as outbound calls. The position is responsible for using verbal and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and knowledgeable responses to resolve customer calls.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Compares and evaluates possible customer service solutions, and decides which to recommend to customers to best meet their needs and circumstances.
  • Responsible for prompt and accurate responses to customers' mortgage servicing questions and concerns.
  • Take payments from customers over the phone.
  • Handle servicing for mortgages that may be delinquent, as well as current accounts.
  • Identify financial hardships and connect borrower with their agent
  • Answer general account information pertaining to mortgage loan inquiries
  • Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer mortgage assets.
  • Other duties as assigned.


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 - 3 years of Call Center / Customer Service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Word
  • Customer / Client Focus
  • Effective problem resolution skills
  • Able to work proficiently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Clear and Concise Professional Communication
  • Must be able to work independently, as well as team-oriented
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a huge plus!

Details

  • 3-6 Month Contract role with a Growing Company
  • Location: On site in Irving, TX
  • Pay Rate: $18/hr
  • Employment consideration is contingent on passing a background check
  • Must be able to work one / two weekend shifts a month (8am -12pm cst)
