Agility 360 is searching for Disclosure Desk / Loan Data Review Coordinator for our client, a growing non-bank lender. 

Job Duties

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following essential duties:
  • Responsible for assisting the RESPA, Loan Data Review & Disclosure Desk supervisors/manager in the day to day functions of the loan set up, loan data review, and loan disclosures.
  • Responsible for managing a team reporting to ensure to meet TRID timing requirements for disclosures and provide best in class service to customers and internal partners.
  • This position will assist the RESPA, Loan Data Reviewer & Disclosure Desk supervisors/manager in driving efficiency and ensuring accuracy through managing the day to day file assignments.
  • The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys solving problems and suggesting opportunities for improvements while working in a high volume, fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Requirements
  • Assist the RESPA, Loan Data Review & Disclosure Desk supervisors/manager by managing the day to day front line processes.
  • Assign and manage daily volume to ensure all service levels are met.
  • Use BI reporting to determine file assignments and issue to the various teams.
  • Analyze, suggest & develop process changes to improve efficiency and productivity around reporting.
  • Assist supervisors/managers in efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Effectively communicate department goals, successes, and failures with the leadership team.
 
Education and Experience:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • 3 years of experience producing excel reporting, including pivot tables and formatting. (Required)
  • 3 years of experience with TRID regulatory requirements
  • 3 or more years of experience in mortgage banking or related industry.

Position Details:
  • Given the current COVID Climate, this position will be remote until further notice.
  • Pay rate: $20/hour
  • Start Date: ASAP!
