Collateral Analyst
 

Summary:

Agility 360 is looking for candidates that want to begin their careers in the mortgage industry! The Collateral Analyst will receive, track, audit and ship original collateral for loan submissions in addition to providing quality customer service and maintaining high ethical standards when serving clients. Recent high school or college graduates are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Document receipt of original collateral received in accordance with standard processes 
  • Upload collateral to appropriate original collateral “bucket” using EDM features, processes and 
    procedures 
  • Prepare full and complete collateral package in accordance with standard warehouse bank checklist 
    requirements 
  • Pull original completed collateral packages for daily shipment to warehouse bank as identified in the 
    daily ship to bank report 
  • Update system with the applicable legal package sent dates for proper reporting 
  • Assist with clearing of collateral and or data as requested 
  • Process 30 or more collateral packages for bank delivery per day on average

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred or Equivalent Work Experience
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience
  • Mortgage experience a plus

  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficient working knowledge of computerized applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, 
    database, presentation software, email and specialized business applications software 
  • Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade and/or facilitate 
    discussions with all levels of management 
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, 
    other business areas and government agencies as required 
  • Ability to: 
    o read and interpret complex reports and documents 
    o assimilate and interpret various sources of data and provide and make decisions on 
    recommendations to executive management to solve highly complex problems from start to 
    finish 
  • Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments 


Pay Range:

$11-$13 per hour
