Account Representative (Mortgage Operations)
Agility 360 is searching for experienced Account Representative (Mortgage Ops) for a permanent position with our growing client. The ideal candidates will posses a strong background in a retail lending environment. The ARMO will be responsible for the operational management of client relationships, providing quality service by maintaining client accounts (pipeline management); including managing aged loans, lending regular clietn calls, and following up on escalations as needed.Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a pipeline of up to 30 clients
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis, maintaining specific communications SLA's
- Review documentation, clearing or creating conditions as needed
- Conduct all withdraw/cancellation requests
- Run daily reporting, managing aged loans, etc
- Move a seller's pipeline forward towards funding
- Any other assigned duties, as needed
Experience:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Mortgage (preferably in origination or correspondent lending)
- Strong working knowledge for Encompass
- Client service focus
- Loan quality and risk management
- Production and performance
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills – ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong aptitude for detail, accuracy, and organization
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
Job Details:
- Permanent role with a growing lender
- Schedule: Hybrid (M-Th: in office, F: remote)

- Pay rate: Based on experience
