Escrow Assistant (Call Center) - Carmel, IN

Agility 360 is searching for Escrow Assistants (Call Center) for an in-office (Carmel, IN) 6-Month contract-to-hire role with a growing client! The Escrow Assistants will be tasked with a variety of duties such as taking inbound calls, making outbound calls/emails, looking at vehicle damages, paying attention to detail on reports, all while multitasking multiple claims.

Job Duties

  • Make and answer phone calls with customers, agents, and repair facilities
  • Accurately verify, key, and/or update insurance information in relation to all Creditor Placed Insurance) CPI product types and CPI cancels
  • Process email, handle files, and input notes/diary entries in the claims system
  • Entering escrow premium
  • Resolving difficult accounts / problem solving
  • Prepares and submits administrative reports as required
  • Delivers an outstanding customer service experience to all internal, external, current, and prospective nationwide customers
  • Additional duties as required.

Qualifications / Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • Customer Service experience, required
  • Claims related call center experience is preferred
  • Adjuster license NOT required but licensing or prior claims experience is preferred
  • Proven Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience
  • Strong communication etiquette (verbal and written)
  • Competent in organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization, while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Detail oriented with attention to accuracy

Details

  • 6-Month Contract-to-Hire position with a growing company
  • Location: Carmel, IN
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $16 - $19/hr (based on shift)
  • Shift: Multiple Shifts available, Monday - Friday, 40 hrs/week
  • Employment consideration is contingent on passing a background check
