Mortgage Loan Officer Opportunity (for RE Agents) - San Antonio, TX
JOB DESCRIPTION
Agility 360 is looking for experienced or licensed real estate professionals who have a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced lending environment. This is a unique opportunity to greatly expand your earnings potential by becoming a retail licensed mortgage loan officer. Opportunity includes pre-licensing training and resources to help candidates pass the state licensing exam. The ideal candidate will have an established knowledge of residential real estate transactions and a desire to expand their knowledge to include mortgage lending to enhance their total earnings potential. Bilingual candidates and Real Estate professionals (Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Arabic, or Vietnamese) are highly encouraged to apply!
Essential Functions
- Professional and clear communication with leads, prospects, clients, and borrowers to explain mortgage products and available financing options.
- Collect all required information and documents as part of a loan application process.
- Presentation of mortgage programs in accordance with all federal and state regulations.
- Build rapport with clients while ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Collect and prepare all necessary paperwork and complete follow-up task as required.
- Effective and clear client communication relating to loan approval and closing requirements
- Ensure all paperwork and signatures needed to process mortgage documents are collected timely and accurately.
- Communication with other internal departments and teams (i.e. processing, closing and funding).
- Manage and ensure accurate records of all customer activity.
- Attend all training, sales meetings, and orientations as directed.
- Continuously maintains most up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage industry.
- Maintain high level of accountability, professional, and ethical standards.
Competencies/Skills
- Knowledge of closing real estate transactions as buyer or listing agent (2+ yrs of licensed RE experienced preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to achieve or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Ability to multitask; self-starter and self-motivator.
Work Environment
This job is expected to be primarily remote with occasional office meetings or client visits. Job will require the ability to work flexible schedule including late night and weekends based on client availability. This role will require the routine use of standard office software and equipment such as computers, internet-based CRM, online meeting tools, and phones.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or experience equivalent.
- Two or more years of real estate experience or sales transaction management.
- Active real estate agent license preferred but not required.
Eligible candidates must be in a major Texas city or surrounding area
Compensation: Commission Based upon completion of training, passing of licensing examinations and regulatory license approval, with Performance Bonuses
