Validations Specialist

Agility 360 is searching for an experienced Validations Specialist. The Validations Specialist will be tasked with a variety of duties and responsibilities as driven by work orders from internal departments and/or division partners. Position requires outbound calling to Insurance Agents/Regional offices or utilizing various electronic (Website Verifications) for verification of loan collateral coverage. The ideal candidates will have outbound calling and auto insurance-related experience. 

Responsibilities

  • Performing Outbound Calls to Insurance Agents/Regional offices or utilizing various electronic (Website Verifications) means such as websites for verification of loan collateral coverage.
  • Review Physical Damage insurance policies for required coverages and Lienholder’s interest to cancel vehicle CPI (lender placed) policies, that does not result in loss of premium for client. 
  • Performing Outbound Calls to Insurance Agents/Regional offices or utilizing various electronic means such as websites for verification of loan collateral coverage.
    • Out Bound Calls - 85% 
    • Website Verifications - 15%
  • Understanding reading of insurance history on loans
    • Why LPI was issued on a loan
    • What can cancel our LPI without a lapse in coverage
    • Understanding what causes Borrower/Lender frustrations 
  • No assumptions - must ask questions in teams chat 
  • Ability to learn and move to another task as needed


Qualifications / Skills

  • Education & Professional Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Critical Thinking Skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems. Adaptable to change and has the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Judgment and decision-making authority on daily work assignments. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to perform required work assignments. Maintains a positive approach to the resolution of issues and is considered trustworthy by both peers and the management team. Carefully evaluates an impact of own actions to Company, investors, employees, and self and confirms course of action with management team regarding high visibility or sensitive issues.

  • Long-Term Contract Role with a Growing Company
  • Location: FULLY REMOTE (Must be living in CST or EST time zones only)
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $17
  • Employment consideration is contingent on passing a background/drug screening
