Agility 360 is looking for a  Agile Business System Analyst IV to work within an existing IT department's application support team. The analyst will play a key role in the development of advanced analytics strategies and help to shape the future of what our client's data–centric organization looks like. Focus on helping achieve transformational change by designing, developing, and executing analytics strategies and work streams or enabling the company to do so more effectively. Define and implement the processes, mindsets, technologies, and expertise required to convert data to action. Leverage knowledge of mathematical and statistical concepts, computer science, and domain expertise to bridge the gap between technologists, mathematicians, and business teams. Be well versed in the ingestion, transformation, movement, sharing, stewardship, and quality of data and information. (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)

Job Duties

• Manage system security, workflow and user access
• Build basic reports and assist in identifying data elements and calculations
• Coordinate, test and deploy system updates
• Provide application optimization, testing and training
• Work with development team on bug fixes and enhancement tasks
• Provide application optimization, testing and training
• Administer user setup/ update if applicable
• Maintain system enhancement
• Support/ troubleshoot (Functional and Technical)
• Maintain system optimization
• Handle business requirement gathering
• Work with development team to execute business requests
• Maintain system documentation
• Administer testing and training
• Work with technical support team to resolve issues
   

Knowledge Areas
Need to have a understanding and/or experience in:

• 5+ years of experience with IT strategy, data strategy, data management, data governance, and enterprise architecture
• 5+ years of experience with strategizing and formulating plans around information management and analytics
• 5+ years of experience with providing project management support for multi–functional teams, including providing planning, scheduling, and execution
• 5+ years of experience using data to improve software design and automation
• Ability to diagnose data, translate into strategies and analytics opportunities, and translate analytics activity into business–relevant insights
• Ability to demonstrate and live the core values: Champion, Cheerleader, and Challenger.
• Proficient building financial models
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Requirements / Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS or related field
• Mortgage banking and servicing experience (preferred)
• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis, IT or Application Deployment experience
• 5+ years of experience with working in a data–centric business environment
• 5+ years of experience with managing analytics or non–analytics professionals
• Experience with advanced analytics tools, including R, Python, SQL, SAS, and Hadoop
