Operations Workflow Escrow-QC
Agility 360 is searching for an experienced Operations Workflow Escrow QC analyst. The OWF-QC will be tasked with a variety of duties and responsibilities as driven by work orders from internal departments and/or division partners. Position requires detailed knowledge of operation processes in a variety of risk management products. Analyst will demonstrate expert knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures to resolve work order requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while meeting and exceeding quality, quantity and service level standards. Work order requests will include execution of corrective actions, short-term service projects, and staffing supplement for peak volumes/holidays. The Operations Workflow Analyst will deliver excellent customer service for clients by maintaining consistently high standards and modeling a passion for service.
Responsibilities
- Analyze loan level files and policies and procedures
- Review and analyze servicing reporting for escrow advances, lender placed insurance, and fee research.
- Accurately verify, key, and/or memo insurance information in relation to all escrow product/coverage types (windstorm, hazard, wind, Flood.etc).
- Update loan history based on research and documentation received (either written or verbal). Accurately compose written information for loan histories, including:
- Gather, interpret, and use complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results.
- Thoroughly understand Hazard forced placed certificates, procedures, and consequences of not following the correct processes and/or procedures.
- Maintain a knowledge of escrow servicing regulations to maintain compliance with Federal, State and agency specific guidelines.
- (20%) Outbound Calls & Website Verifications
- Understanding reading of insurance history on loans
- Understanding what causes Borrower/Lender frustrations
- No assumptions - must ask questions in teams chat
- How to key Premiums Due - Knowing Remittance to select
- Consequences for not keying Premiums accurately (QC)
- Nible - Able to multiple task, switch assignments as needed
Qualifications / Skills
- Education & Professional Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.
- Critical Thinking Skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems. Adaptable to change and has the ability to make independent decisions.

- Hourly Pay Rate: $18-$20 based on experience
