Construction Assessment and Due Diligence
Agility 360 is looking for a Construction Assessment Manager for a government loan and grant project within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in construction, environmental and regulatory compliance, risk management, and technical feasibility. Main responsibilities will include monitoring construction progress, assessing existing and/or planned operating capabilities, and reviewing operating assumptions inherent to an applicant’s project’s financial forecast model.
Responsibilities
- Aid in monitoring construction phases
- Assess and report on project’s compliance with relevant environmental standards and regulations
- Evaluate project's production estimates and create a conservative lender’s care forecast for production volumes
- Conduct site visits, as necessary, to assess project's design feasibility, construction progress, and compliance with project plans, specifications, and relevant regulations
- Assist Technical Advisor, as needed
- Provide support and answer specific questions as construction site SME
- Bachelor's degree preferred, High School (diploma) or GED required
- 3+ years of construction management experience required
- 2+ years of regulatory compliance experience preferred
- 1+ year of experience working in the energy sector
- Extended construction site safety and protocol experience is a plus
- Ability to work with a team
- Contract project
- Pay is based on experience
- Applicant must be located in TX and willing to commute, in-state, several times per month
- Must pass background check and drug screening
