Mailroom Coordinator
Agility 360 is searching for a Mailroom Coordinator to support our client's mail room and document overflow. This is a 3 month contract position, on-site in Carmel, IN (with a high possibility of contract extension).

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately sort, scan, and route documents for multiple departments
  • Open, sort, and scan documents according to departmental and client-specific guidelines and expectations
  • Prepares mail shipments to clients
  • Handle documents with professionalism and discretion
  • May be assigned to other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:
  • High school degree or GED required
  • Must have access to reliable transportation
  • Quick learner and self-starter mindset
  • Previous corporate mail room experience preferred, but not required

Details:
  • On-site in Carmel, IN
  • 6-month contract (with the possibility of extension)
  • 40 hour work week (working hours differ depending on the day)
    • I.E. Monday will require a 10 hour shift, Wednesday will only be 6 hours
  • 8am ET start Mon - Fri
  • Pay: $15/hr
