Paid Media Specialist - Austin, TX or Remote in CST zone

Agility 360 is looking for an experienced, contracted Paid Media Specialist to support our digital marketing operations during a high-velocity period on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate is an execution specialist who does not need an onboarding ramp to log into ad platforms, build out campaign frameworks, pull creative assets together, and successfully push ads live. You will work closely with the marketing team to turn ready-to-go strategies and assets into operational, high-performing campaigns.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Launch & Execution: Immediately build, configure, and activate ad campaigns across multiple ad platforms based on provided strategic briefs.
  • Ad Operations: Upload and format creative assets (copy, images, videos), set up tracking parameters (UTMs, pixels), configure audiences, and verify structural correctness before launching.
  • Budget & Bid Management: Set up and monitor daily/lifetime budgets, configure bidding strategies, and ensure pacing matches target allocations perfectly.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform thorough QA checks
  • Basic Optimization & Reporting: Monitor early performance data post-launch to ensure ads are delivering efficiently; flag tracking errors or delivery anomalies immediately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Platform Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience navigating and executing inside Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, 6Sense or other ABM tool.
  • Zero-Ramp Speed: Proven ability to step into a new ad account, comprehend its structure quickly, and begin launching campaigns cleanly with minimal guidance.
  • Technical Accuracy: Strong understanding of custom conversions, pixel tracking, URL parameter strings, and standard naming conventions.
  • Attention to Detail: High precision regarding character limits, image dimensions, audience inclusions/exclusions, and budget decimals.
  • Agility: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of practical experience directly building and launching paid media campaigns (Agency or high-volume in-house background highly preferred).
  • Demonstrated portfolio or history of managing execution end-to-end (from blank ad account layout to active campaign).
Details:
  • Hybrid schedule for Austin, TX locals, remote for non-local candidates (must live in the Central Standard time zone ONLY)
  • Pay range: $38-$43/hr (based on experience)
  • 3 month contract, possible extension
  • MUST have access to high-speed internet for WFH days
  • Employment contingent on passing background check, credit check, and drug screen
