Mortgage Insurance Verification Specialist (Remote)
Agility 360 is searching for a Mortgage Insurance Verification Specialist for one of our clients. The Mortgage Insurance Verification Specialist will be tasked with a variety of duties and responsibilities as driven by work orders from internal departments. Specialist will demonstrate expert knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures to resolve work queue requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while meeting and exceeding service standards. Work queue requests will include both mortgage and vehicle insurance verifications, so knowledge of these are required. The Mortgage Insurance Verification Specialist will deliver excellent quality reports for clients by maintaining consistently high and accurate standards.
Responsibilities
- Consultant for day to day questions about insurance.
- Anticipate needs to provide excellent service and resolution.
- Audit and evaluate reports to confirm accuracy.
- Identify, escalate, and manage tasks related to program impacts, sales, and loan
servicing teams. - Answer questions, corrects errors, and resolves discrepancies with great attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Follow up and resolve problems or issues relative to insurance coverage (uninsured or insured)
Qualifications / Skills
- Professional Experience: 2 years of experience in related fields preferred (mortgage, insurance, auto lending). Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Critical Thinking Skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems. Adaptable to change and has the ability to make independent decisions.
- Judgment and decision-making authority on daily work assignments. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to perform required work assignments. Maintains a positive approach to the resolution of issues and is considered trustworthy by both peers and the management team. Carefully evaluates an impact of own actions to Company, investors, employees, and self and confirms course of action with management team regarding high visibility or sensitive issues.
- Customer Service Skills: Use of clear, concise and effective and strong oral communication; accurately composes written materials as required by the position. Handle confidential information in a responsible manner. Ability to convey thoughts in a focused and concrete manner.

- Hourly Pay Rate: $18-$20 based on experience
