Claims Adjuster Assistant - Plano, TX

Agility 360 is searching for a Claims Adjuster Assistant for an in-office (Plano, TX) contract role with a growing client! The Adjuster Assistant will be tasked with a variety of duties such as data entry, document review and will be working within the CPI (Creditor placed insurance) and GAP department. This position will NOT require an adjusters license but prior claims experience would be preferred. 

Job Duties

• Answer phone calls from customers, agents, and repair facilities
• Ensure acknowledgment of claim and that needed documents and insurance proofs are supplied by client
• Process emails, handle files, and input notes/diary entries in the claims system 
• Help with pending claims management, sending regulatory letters and issuing payments
• Review all required claim documentation including security agreements, loan histories, payment histories, NADA valuations, underlying claim evaluations, collection notes, statements by pertinent parties and request pertinent information from lenders to ensure all information is provided in order to ensure accurate and thorough settlement.
• Prepares and submits administrative reports as required
• Delivers an outstanding customer service experience to all internal, external, current, and prospective nationwide customers
• Experience with Copart/Titles, total loss documentation
• Additional duties as required.

Qualifications / Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Claims related call center experience is preferred
• Adjuster license NOT required but prior claims experience is preferred
• Proven Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience
• Strong communication etiquette (verbal and written)
• Competent in organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization, while maintaining confidentiality.
• Detail oriented with attention to accuracy

• Contract position expected to last until 5/31/2025 
• Location: On-site in Plano, TX
• Shift: Mon - Fri, 40 hours
• Hourly Pay Rate: $17/hr
• Employment consideration is contingent on passing a background check
