Loan Closer/Funder
Agility 360 is searching for Loan Closer/Funders for our client, a growing non-bank lender. The Mortgage Loan Closer/Funder is responsible for ensuring completion of the Closing/Funding process of residential loans in accordance with company policy, regulatory compliance, and investor guidelines. Individuals in this position will work closely with the Production, Processing, and Closing departments.
Education and/or Experience:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum 4-5 years of mortgage funding, closing, and doc drawing experience.
- Exposure to both Retail Lending a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, as well as work efficiently and effectively within required deadlines.
- Strong compliance knowledge and experience with identifying risk factors.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge, along with the ability to work in a team environment
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following essential duties:
- Working knowledge of DataTrac and Doc-U-Prep
- Demonstrate high volume productivity.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized and work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate an OUTSTANDING level of customer service skills.
- Must work well independently and be self-motivated.

- Well versed in the mortgage process flow and established SLA’s
- Highly skilled on the phone, very organized and able to handle the overall customer experience with outstanding service.
- Given the current Coveid Climate, this position will be remote until further notice.
- Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000
