JOB SUMMARY

Agility 360 is looking for a motivated, energetic and experienced Senior Loan Officer (SLO). The Senior Loan Officer will develop/identify and pursue new customer opportunities. The SLO will need to consistently meet or exceed company goals, and maintain all licensing requirements including continuing education. The SLO will be expected to produce high quality loans while providing excellent customer service to prospective borrowers.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Language preference: Must be able to speak Mandarin/Korean and English
  • Experience managing monthly pipeline of 10+ loans
  • 3+ years of mortgage loan origination experience in current market conditions
  • Established relationships with local referral network
  • Must meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including by not limited to successful completion of the required background checks and obtaining a Unique Identifier for the NMLS
  • Ability to source new business via client referrals, Realtors, and other 3rd party business partners
  • Ability to manage a robust pipeline of conventional and government loans
  • Self-motivated, customer oriented and highly organized
  • Understanding of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, & VA underwriting guidelines
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences
  • Ability to develop strategies and select the best financial tools to help clients achieve their financial goals
  • Active NMLS and MLO Required
 JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establishes and maintains client referral relationships with individuals, groups, Realtors, builders/developers
  • Makes sales calls on potential or existing customers to develop new business or retain existing business
  • Engage in marketing and promotional activities in support of prospects and referral sources
  • Take mortgage loan applications and obtain required documentation from prospective borrowers
  • Maintain regular contact with prospective borrowers between application, closing, and final sale to the investor. Apprise borrower of the status of application and gather any additional information, as needed.
  • Comply with mortgage procedures by maintaining accurate mortgage records and following company, regulatory and investor guidelines.
  • Keep informed of trends and developments in the local real estate market and competitive environment, as well as new rules and regulations
  • Develop and contribute to business development plans and implement business development practices across the assigned territory with an impetus on growth in the loan portfolio
JOB DETAILS:
  • Full Time position

  • Compensation Structure
    • Beginning as of the LO Start date and continuing for four (4) bi-weekly payroll periods, the loan officer will receive a recoverable advance of $1,000.00 per bi-weekly payroll cycle.  To qualify for this advance, the LO must track their work hours in the Company’s time tracking system and have those hours approved by the LO’s manager at the end of each payroll cycle. This advance is an advance on commissions and is required to be paid back out of any future commissions earned by the LO.
